I'm going to start sharing my sewing projects on the blog as I give them to people. Just because I spent so much time on them. And I like them. This first one was actually Laura's birthday present. I found the tutorial
here. It's a really small purse...I kind of wish it was just a bit bigger, but it turned out well. I was a little proud of myself, seeing that it involved pleats, lining, a pocket, and even a magnetic fastener. Overall it was pretty easy though, and the tutorial was pretty easy to follow. And because I just took a photography class last night, and I took these pictures a few days ago, I'm being hyper critical of them, but it's okay. You'll get the picture.

Yay!! I gave Mel her twin purse yesterday. I'm also taking pictures of my projects to share here, too!! I'm REALLY excited about y'alls that you'll get tonight. Turned out better than I anticipated. Yay for sewing!!
So cute!!! Good job!!! I have a sewing machine but can't seem to make anything right! ha! I just need to take the time to re-teach myself!
I saw the purse in person too and it is splendid. You are so talented Sarah. :)
Pretty purse!! And pretty pictures, too - I want to hear alllll about your class!
Wow, now THAT'S impressive! I love the inside. And my sister suggested you start making them and selling them for $$$. I guess that's the business degree coming out.
AMAZING!! And of course we want to see all the treasures you're making so keep the pictures coming!
You never cease to amaze me!!
