Cadbury Mini Eggs & Fridays

Fridays are by far my favorite day of the week. Every Friday morning during busy season someone brings donuts and kolaches, so my breakfast is provided and it's something that I wouldn't normally eat. Also, all of our managers are always in a scheduling meeting for an hour on Friday mornings from 9 to 10, so the general feel of the office is like the teacher being out of the class when you were elementary school. It's really fun! Today was an especially good Friday because I didn't have a whole lot going on, so it was fairly relaxed, and I just got to sit and talk to some coworkers, which I really enjoy and haven't got to do lately.

I'm really looking forward to Easter weekend for a lot of reasons. First of all, my whole family is coming to Dallas for the weekend, which I could not be more excited about. The weekend falls right at the end of tax season, and it's easier for Rebekah to get here, so we decided to meet in Dallas! I feel like it's been forever since my whole family has been in the same place at the same time. I'm also looking forward to Easter because it will officially be the end of busy season and my life will calm down significantly. I can't wait. I think it will be really good time to spend with them at the end of a really crazy season of my life.

Easter always makes me think of the Cadbury Mini Eggs because my mom always had them around Easter time at our house. I have been looking everywhere for these eggs ever since it started to feel like the easter season to me. The first grocery store I went to, they were totally out. The next, they only had the little, tiny bags that you could buy separately. Needless to say, I've been a little disappointed. Yesterday there was a really stressful situation at work, and one of my managers got a little frustrated with me, even though something wasn't my fault. Today he showed up with a FAMILY SIZED bag of Cadbury Mini Eggs for me. I was so excited. He just knew I liked them because I had been eating them with the girls next to me. He had no idea I had been having such trouble finding them. It was absolutely wonderful!

I'm not so much looking forward to this weekend because I know I need to get some serious studying done, but I am very thankful that I'm not working and I have the time to do it!
